Traditional processes
KOON Cashmere embodies the perfect balance between timeless lines crafted in Mongolia and the authenticity of handcrafted patterns developed in Nepal.

In our Kathmandu workshops, we use traditional dyeing procedures to offer you hand-dyed products. We use different techniques to offer original color shades. Each piece reflects unique know-how, combining tradition and modernity to create cashmere accessories that last through the seasons without ever going out of style. Our creations perfectly match all styles and all generations, combining comfort and elegance.
Our cashmere comes from Inner Mongolia, where we select only the highest-quality fibers. Using fully integrated technologies, we harvest the longest fibers to ensure warmth and softness.
Our spinner demonstrates a genuine commitment to environmental protection, animal welfare, and sustainability. It offers complete transparency from the source of the raw fiber to the entire production process, and allows for full traceability back to the farms for all yarns used.
Our cashmere is certified to the Good Cashmere Standard, a synonym for sustainability. The cashmere comes from farms where goats are treated responsibly, the environment is protected, and the social, ecological, and economic living conditions of cashmere farmers and their families are respected.
